1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During peak periods (sales, product launches, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.


2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations.

  • If we cannot ship to your country, you will be notified at checkout or contacted by our support team.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • United States: 3–7 business days (standard shipping).

  • International: 7–15 business days (depending on location and customs clearance).

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by destination and weight of the package.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

  • Robutop is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@robutop.com with your order number and details.

  • We will assist you with filing a claim with the carrier or arrange a replacement when applicable.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country’s regulations.

  • Robutop is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


8. Split Shipments

  • If you order multiple products, they may ship separately depending on stock availability and warehouse location. You will receive tracking for each shipment.
