Refund Policy – Robutop

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Robutop. If for any reason you are not happy, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the terms below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons (e.g., opened supplements, teas, oils, sprays, or personal care products).


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Final sale or promotional items.

  • Gift cards and downloadable products.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Send an email to support@robutop.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Once verified, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping costs).


4. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days(processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at help@robutop.com.


6. Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item, unless the return is due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted).

  3. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at help@robutop.com.
